Dear Fairy Fans. 

Three months of 2019 have now passed, and what great months they have been:

• Fairywork added two new characters to our lineup.  Introducing Spacy Lacy and Thumbelina.  
• Expanded our work to include event production.
• Produced the first living statue festival ever in Denmark, with City Vejle.

Fairywork now has a team of wonderful performers ready to spread joy in any event across the world. 

Living Statues in Vejle

Fairywork arranged the first living statue event in Denmark, in collaboration with the local business association City Vejle.  I reached out to the performer community in Denmark and to my surprise I got no feedback from Statue artists in Denmark.  In order to fill the programme without hiring overseas acts, I guess I decided to expand Fairywork by training a team performers, who I studied theatre with and who I have worked with before: Signe, Josefine, Anna and Mariam. 

March passed quickly with planning and preparation, and when the 29th came I was both excited and nervous.  But I could not have been happier with the result.  Everything played out perfectly.   Each of the aritsts portrayed their characters beautifully.  The finale Show by DynaMike was very well recieved.  The public was happy.  The client was happy.  The Team was happy.  A dream came true.

I am very much looking forward to producing more events and bringing more joy to the streets.  

Photo Competion

Fairywork’s web designer and greatest supporter Mike Bonnici made a special website for Fairywork, so we could add a photo competition which allows people to upload, share and vote on photos from the event, with the winner winning  a gift card to City Vejle.

A very talented filmaker, Vicktor Octoblu of Filmbusker.com, came from London to capture the staute event in Vejle.  Vicktor specializes in Street Art Videos, and he will be producing a professional promotional piece about Fairyworks event work.  Coming Soon!

The National Living Statue Championship in England

I am excited to announce that Copenhagen’s Golden Fairy is selected to participate in the National Living Statue Championship in Stratford-Upon-Avon, England in the last weekend of April.
